These days Luka is so calm. The tourists left, now the people from Luka are going to fish calamary, make the wine... The usual autumn-winter rhythm. In a few day the people will start to collect olives.
The sea is still warm. This Sunday I went for a swimm. One of the last ones. Nice!!!
The good news is that Supina is OK and he came home. We are missing his "konoba" and without it Luka is not the same: No place to eat, to drink, to play cards, to send the guests for a dinner... We hope it will open soon.
Concerning my guests I have the great news. My friend and regular guest Andrea and his fiancee from Italy are waiting for a twins. They was in Luka 5 days and made not one, but 2 kids. I have some more couples that made a baby after they start to come to our house. It is one more reference for our "pansion"!!!

Spend your holidays in the room or apartment of the hous Picic, between ancient olive trees,
on the brow of the hill Kupinica, with beautifull view on the sea and the islans.
We are placed in the village Luka on the middle of isladn of Dugi otok in picturesque st. Steven bay.
This position in the middle, because of vicinity of Strasna Peć cave and Vela Straža hill
and about same distance to southern part of the island (Telašćica, Salt Lake and Clifs)
and to northern part (beaches Sakarun, Veli Žal, Mežanj), make our house your perfect choice.
We dispose with two one-room appartments and double- and three-bed rooms with bathroom,
TV, terrace and seaside view. In front of the house is our private the parking place with 10 places.
The first beach is about 50 meters away, and the center of the village with shop,
church, basketball and boca field about 200 meters.
To our guests we also offer our small boat to rent.
True attraction is our donkey Rumi, last and only one in Luka.
In our house we talk English, German, Italian and French.
As for food we offer breakfast in our house
and/or dinner in “konoba” (old fashion restorant) nearby.
